Grandstream Provisioning Parameters - 05/10/2021

When adding custom provisioning parameters to be applied to Grandstream handsets, the provisioning file places the inserted code in the wrong order.
Workaround: Edit the Grandstream provisioning template instead.

User Portal Outbound Faxing - 05/10/2021

Faxes sent using the user portal will be clipped to US letter size.
Workaround: Format your document to US letter size prior to uploading.
Update 6/10/2021 - Developers have advised they will be creating a test build next week to implement and check a viable fix.
Update 14/11/2021 - A fix has been applied in version 68.0.4. Now the number of rows sent in a fax will reflect the standard fax size for the tenancy's country.

Importing Contacts from User Portal - 05/10/2021

Contacts uploaded in bulk the User Frontend Portal do not upload correctly.
Workaround: Upload contacts using the address book in the administration portal.
Update 6/10/2021 - Developers are testing for the conditions that cause this behaviour.
