Upload a pre-recorded voicemail greeting to my IP Voice Cloud PBX

These instructions will assist you to add or update a voice recording to your Cloud PBX.

You will need:
  • To know your IPVoice.Cloud login.
  • Your pre-recorded message in .WAV format.
Instructions

  1. Log into IPVoice.Cloud.
  2. Navigate to Apps > Voicemail.
  3. From the list of voicemail extensions, click the "Greetings" link for the voicemail you wish to upload the recording to.
  4. Click the "Select a file..." input to open the file selection dialog.
  5. Navigate back to Apps > Voicemail.
  6. Click on the extension number of the voicemail service.
  7. From the Greetings dropdown, select the desired greeting.
