Requirements
  1. To be able to use WiFi on your T54W handset, you will need to use an external power supply which is purchased separately.
  2. You will need to know the name and password of the WiFi network you wish to connect to.
Setup Instructions
  1. Go to Menu > Basic > Wi-Fi
  2. If Wifi is currently "On" skip to step 4.
  3. Change wifi from "Off" to "On" and select "Save" (Bottom right of screen).
  4. Select the menu option "[x] Available Network[s]", “x” being the number of available networks.  
  5. Choose Enter.
  6. Highlight your Wi-Fi network from the list using the directional pad.
  7. Press "Connect" (Bottom right of screen).
  8. Enter your Wifi password.
  9. Choose Ok (Bottom right of screen).
Additional Notes
  1. If you are relocating your handset to a different location and connect to the Lightning IP Cloud PBX service, please note that for security purposes we maintain aggressive IP blocking for unknown networks. We are more than happy to remove these blocks if required, you will need to contact us to do so.
  2. Voice connections over WiFi can be affected by local congestion, if you experience low call quality you may need to upgrade your WiFi equipment, or disconnect excess devices from your WiFi.
